Such romance! Though Chicagoans Ally and Alex are hosting their nuptials in Nashville, Tennessee, the couple essentially wanted to recreate their engagement proposal and revisit the place where Alex popped the big question to Ally. To add, they live right in the heart of downtown Chicago, so their e-session with Dolly DeLong Photography was one big homage to the Windy City.
How did you meet?
We met through Teach for America when we both moved to Nashville to be teachers.
What is your proposal story?
Alex made a point days in advance to say that we must walk the dog around our gorgeous neighborhood. I thought that was a little fishy, but as we left, he was in PJs and I was carrying a coffee and gatorade! So I convinced myself I was overthinking it. Then he proposed on our walk in the most perfect way. Overlooking our city, with our dog, and incredibly intimate.
