Stylish Dallas Arboretum Engagement Session

Kiera and Tiangelo met up at photographer Firre of The GRACE Pictures’ at the Dallas Arboretum because not only is the location gorgeous, it is one of Firre’s favorite places to shoot at. We agree: there’s something about a vast garden spot that brings out feelings of romance. K + T packed the love in their shoot and we love their color of choice in their attire coordination! So eye-catching amongst all of the greenery!

How did you meet?

We met at his job, ha! My sister and I were at her car dealership so she could get something and he worked there. He noticed me waiting in her car and decided to make small talk. I was interested, we exchanged numbers. He took me out for breakfast the next day! And we’ve been together ever since.

What is your proposal story?

He is a private, shy type of guy. He proposed at home on Mother’s Day! He bought me a huge gift that morning and as I got to the bottom of my gift bag there was a small box. When I opened the box, there was no ring! However, there was a small piece of paper that read “Will You Marry Me?”. I questioned it and went to look for him and he was right behind me on one knee with a ring. He asked me again this time out loud with a trembling voice. I said “Yes of course!” He was so nervous.

Tell us about the ring/band.

It is a 1 CT. T.W. Composite Diamond Rectangle Ring in 10K White Gold, with rows of channel-set baguette-cut diamonds line the middle stripe with stepped sides with a ribbon of petite diamonds on top and bottom.
